Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at support@lavorenne.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements mentioned below.

Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping on items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanging an Item
To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details within 30 days of delivery. The process includes:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, OR a full refund to your original payment method.
